Help, I forgot my Woven password!

How do I get a new password?

On the Log In screen, click 'Forgot Password.'

The 'Reset Password' screen will appear.  Enter your email address and then click 'Send Email.'  You will receive an email with a link that will enable you to set a new password.

The 'Email Sent' screen will appear.  

NOTE: If you do not see an email within a few minutes, check your Spam folder or try a different email address.  You must use the email address that is associated with your Woven account. If you still do not receive an email, contact your Administrator. 

Click on the link provided in the email.  

The 'Create New Password' screen will appear.  Type in your new password.  Be sure to follow the password requirements listed. 

Confirm your new password in the space provided and then click 'Change Password.'

You will be returned to the Log In page.
