What does an Administrator do?

In our translation projects, the Administrator can either be a role on the translation team or provided by the organizing partner to oversee multiple teams. 

The Administrator is responsible for:

  • Managing team members involved in the project
  • Assigning tasks
  • Overall management of the project
  • Providing project updates to Avodah
  • Participating in regular update meetings with Avodah
  • Coordinating with Avodah for scheduling Team trainings, quarterly quality check interviews, and check-ins, as needed
